IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS IN THIS AGREEMENT AND ALL TERMS, POLICIES AND GUIDELINES INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, BRASH3D MEDIA GROUP LLC PRIVACY POLICY, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATE IN BRASH3D MEDIA GROUP LLC ONLINE SERVICES.

This Terms & Conditions (T&C) is applicable to the website and apps published by Brash3d Media Group LLC. In this T&C, “we”,” us” and “our” means Brash3d Media Group LLC and its divisions or related bodies corporate. “You” or “Your” means any entity identified in an enrollment form submitted by the same or affiliated persons, and/or any agency, network or other third party that has access to Your account and/or Your Online Services Data (as defined below), which will also be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
